The idea for this kit is that we do not want our customers to buy extra clamps or studs for installation, it is developed based on real car models in our factory( Audi S3 8V/ VW MK7R ) to ensure the perfect fitment. 

For the intake pipe, we use a 100mm or 4-inch pipe with KN high flow filter to ensure the maximized air feed for the force induction system.

For the turbo flange, we use low carbon austenitic stainless steel SAE 310S to ensure that the flange will withstand heat and corrosion gas. since the flange and studs are working under extreme conditions, we use Titanium studs to mount it on the cylinder head to keep it tight and secure. with the consideration of the O2 sensor, we pre-machined a port that you can easily install your stock O2 sensor on, other than these, for boost control purposes, the flange has a pre-machined port for Tial MVS wastegate, and the other side of the wastegate is connected to the downpipe, all of these fitting and location has been tested to ensure perfect fitment and functionality.
