Providing adequate privacy for patients during examinations, routine observations, and bed rest can significantly help to reduce the stresses of health-related concerns. The Sunflower Medical Pastel Blue Mobile Three-Panel Folding Hospital Ward Curtained Screen offers a practical solution to patient privacy by combining both stability and mobility.
Durable Structure
Built with a durable epoxy-coated white frame, the Three-Panel Folding Hospital Ward Curtained Screen promises to stand the test of time by remaining robust and sturdy during use. This will reduce the need to worry about the condition of the screen, ensuring patients can always have the privacy they need.
Although the screen is mobile, and therefore easy to relocate through the use of swivel castors, the stability of the structure is not compromised. The addition of multiple leg supports provide the screen with increased support, preventing it from toppling over. This is important in non-medical environments, and is crucial when positioned around patients with ill or fragile health.
Increased Safety and Hygiene
The curtains of the Folding Hospital Ward Curtained Screen meet the requirements for BS 5867 Part 2 Type C - Fire Safety of Furniture and Furnishings in the Contract and Non-Domestic Sectors. This helps to reduce the risks of the curtains becoming alight and spreading fire rapidly, which is a a necessary quality when considering the safety of patients.
The curtains are made from recyclable polypropylene material for a more environmentally friendly screen. They also feature a labelling system that can help to monitor when curtains were last changed, improving levels of hygiene. The screen folds flat for storage, enabling it to be tucked away to minimise the risk of anybody colliding with or tripping over an abandoned screen. With minimal assembly required, this is a practical solution to offering essential patient privacy.
