Each tablet contains a blend of Magnesium, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Caffeine *, and Paullinia cupana dry seed extract, which supports energy production in the body, as well supports healthy mental and nervous system function. This 1-a-day Magnesium and B Vitamin supplement also supports healthy immune system function, and maintains muscle health. Australian Made® and rigorously tested to ensure quality, potency, and purity, Nature's Own High Strength Magnesium tablets contain no added gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours, dairy products or animal derived products **.
