The Graviola tree is found in the tropical areas of the world. While the tasty, spiky fruit known as Soursop or Guanabana is enjoyed all over the Caribbean and parts of South America, the leaves are a traditional immune support remedy.

Recent research suggests that Acetogenins, the active constituents of Graviola, can support healthy cell growth and function. Other active compounds found in Graviola leaves have free radical scavenging properties. 

Note: Free radicals are natural byproducts of normal bodily functions and are present in our bodies in small amounts. Excess amounts can oxidize or destroy whatever cells they come in contact with. Free radical scavengers or antioxidants help to keep these unstable molecules in check.

Ingredients: Graviola leaves

Common use:

Supports healthy cell growth and function; free radical scavenger (herbal antioxidant).

Suggested directions:

Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful of herbs, preferably in a glass, earthenware, or porcelain container. Cover the container and allow to steep 5-30 minutes, depending on strength desired. Strain and add honey to suit taste. 

WARNING: Do not take this product if you have any neurodegenerative disorders or Parkinson’s disease, or are taking any anti-hypertensive or MAO inhibitor medications. Not recommended for pregnant/nursing women. Consult physician if taking medication or have a medical condition.
