Chicken Cock Miller’s Reserve American Whiskey is a limited-release blend assembled in Bardstown, Kentucky, drawing from carefully aged American whiskeys sourced along the Ohio River. Inspired by founder James A. Miller, this expression brings together high-rye and wheated bourbons alongside a double-oaked Kentucky whiskey, all aged between 8 and 10 years and bottled at a commanding 57.5% ABV.
The nose opens with caramel, vanilla, dark fruit, and toasted oak before moving into a palate layered with toffee, brown sugar, warm baking spice, and structured oak. Rye-driven spice adds tension while subtle sweetness keeps it balanced, leading to a long, warming finish of dark chocolate, charred wood, and gentle pepper.
Best enjoyed neat to appreciate its full intensity, Miller’s Reserve also shines with a single large cube or a few drops of water to unlock deeper sweetness. Its proof and complexity make it equally compelling for slow sipping or bold, spirit-forward cocktails.
