The Ziehl UFR1001E is a precision voltage and frequency relay engineered to deliver anti-islanding protection for grid-connected generation systems. It continuously monitors voltage and frequency at the point of common coupling, ensuring immediate disconnection when grid parameters fall outside prescribed limits. Unlike generic monitoring relays, the UFR1001E uses true RMS measurement for accurate detection of over/under voltage, over/under frequency, vector shift, and rate of change of frequency (ROCOF).
