In-stock items are generally dispatched the next business day. Most urban New Zealand deliveries arrive within approximately 2 working days of dispatch. Rural deliveries may take longer. Custom-made apparel items generally require 5–7 working days for production before dispatch.

Each pack is carefully packed by hand and presented in a Personalised Our Girl Drawstring Pouch, designed to keep sensory supports organised, protected and ready to use wherever the day takes you.
