DESCRIPTION

Easily add a sensor or injection port to your charge air system using the Mishimoto Silicone Coupler with molded 1/8" NPT bung. This coupler is constructed with 4-ply silicone and heat resistant embedded fibers to provide optimal heat and pressure tolerance. The 6061 aluminum 1/8" NPT bung is precisely molded into the structure of the silicone providing a durable, leak free connection. This coupler provides simplicity to the addition of an NPT bung for your intercooler setup with no welding necessary. The Mishimoto 1/8" NPT silicone coupler is available in 2.5" or 3". As with all our products this coupler includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty

I purchased this product with high expectations, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a major disappointment. The biggest issue? The pieces are terribly misaligned. Assembling it was a nightmare, as nothing fit together properly. The holes didn’t line up, the joints were uneven, and I had to force parts into place, which only made the situation worse. Something that should have taken 15 minutes took hours trying to screw the poles together. This product clearly lacks quality control. For the price I paid, I expected much better craftsmanship. It's incredibly frustrating to spend time and money on something that is so poorly made. I would not recommend this to anyone unless they want to waste their time and end up with a subpar product. Avoid this at all costs!

This is merely a piece of cloth stretched between the frame borders, but it works perfectly. It arrived quickly, all parts present and in good condition. I didn't put the castors on, as it will be more or less always in one position. I simply attached some felt sliders on the bottom to prevent scratching the floor and to allow clearance for the center screw (which is not flush fit). Overall, a reasonable deal for the price point.
