2016-2024 Can Am Maverick 1000R (3 roller)

2017-2024 Can Am X3 (3 Roller)

2021-2024 Can Am Commander (3 Roller)

Aerospace carbon composite plastic

Ultra low friction bearing grade

Thermal stability up to and beyond 300°C (572°F)

HDT @1.8MPa  367°C (693°F)

Melting temperature 373°C (703.4°F)

Proprietary Industrial Heat treating

26 hour, 4 cycle heat treat for 2 stage crystal growth

Cryogenic stress and fatigue relief

Plastic properties are not achieved without proper heat treat and crystal growth. Most end-product manufactures do not heat treat, therefore their listed polymer specifications are incorrect.

Both materials and manufacturing are Made in the USA!

Covered in a nano particle lubricant that will transfer to the helix and roller pin. 

Comes with Three Rollers only
