FRESH N CLEAN is a one-step germicidal cleaner and deodorant designed for general cleaning, and disinfecting on hard, non-porous surfaces. FRESH N CLEAN cleans quickly by removing dirt, grime, food residue, body oils, dead skin, blood and other organic matter commonly found in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, colleges, physician offices, funeral homes, hotels, motels, public restrooms, restaurants, and federally inspected meat and poultry plants. FRESH N CLEAN eliminates odors leaving surfaces smelling clean and fresh. FRESH N CLEAN can be used where odors are a problem.

DISINFECTION PERFORMANCE IN INSTITUTIONS AND NON-MEDICAL FACILITIES:

This product is effective against: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enterica, Staphylococcus aureus, and Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA). VIRUCIDAL* PERFORMANCE: This product is effective against: Avian Influenza A virus, Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1, Herpes Simplex Virus Type 2, Influenza A H1N1 virus, Canine Coronavirus, Human Coronavirus.

Directions

It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. Before use in federally inspected meat and poultry food processing plants and dairies, food products and packaging materials must be removed from room or carefully protected.

DISINFECTION/GENERAL DISINFECTION/VIRUCIDAL* PERFORMANCE IN INSTITUTIONS AND NON-MEDICAL FACILITIES: Add 4 ounces of this product to 1 gallon of water (660 ppm active). For heavily soiled areas, a preliminary cleaning is required. Apply use solution to hard non-porous surfaces with a brush, cloth, mop, sponge, auto scrubber, mechanical spray device or by immersion so as to thoroughly wet surfaces.

For sprayer applications, spray 6-8 inches from surface. Do not breathe spray. Rub with brush, cloth, mop, or sponge. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes. Rinse or allow to air dry. Rinse all treated surfaces that come in contact with food such as countertops, appliances, tables and stovetops with potable water before reuse. Change cloth, sponge or towels frequently to avoid redeposition of soil. Prepare a fresh solution at least daily or when use solution becomes visibly dirty.

DISINFECTING HARD, NON-POROUS SURFACES AGAINST AVIAN INFLUENZA A VIRUS, AND INFLUENZA A H1N1 VIRUS: For use in hospitals, hotels, motels, and schools, follow the DISINFECTION/GENERAL DISINFECTION/VIRUCIDAL* PERFORMANCE IN INSTITUTIONS AND NON-MEDICAL FACILITIES directions. NON-ACID TOILET BOWL 
& URINAL DISINFECTANT/CLEANER DIRECTIONS

PREPARATION OF USE SOLUTION: Mix 4 oz of this product with 1 gallon of water. FROM USE SOLUTION: Preclean surface. Empty water out of toilet bowl or urinal and apply ½ to 1 ounce use solution to exposed surfaces, including under the rim with a brush, cloth, mop, sponge, auto scrubber, or mechanical spray device. For spray applications, spray 6-8 inches from surface. Do not breathe spray. Allow solution to stand for 10 minutes and flush. Swab all areas after spraying. Refill toilet bowl or urinal with water. Change cloth, sponge or towels frequently to avoid redeposition of soil. Prepare a fresh solution at least daily or when use solution becomes visibly dirty.

FOR USE AS A GENERAL CLEANER AND/OR DEODORIZER: Apply ½ - 1 oz of use solution to surfaces. Rinse or allow to air dry. For heavy-duty use, apply 2 ounces of use solution to clean surfaces.
