Grown on ancient Cambrian soils, this wine reflects both the natural concentration of the site and Jasper Hill’s minimal-intervention philosophy. In the glass, it shows a deep crimson core with purple hues, signaling intensity without excess. Aromatically, the wine opens with dark cherry, blackberry and plum, lifted by violet florals and subtle pepper spice.
