Ingredienten
Microkrystallijne cellulose (vulmiddel), Magnesium bisglycinaat, Magnesium tauraat, Magnesium malaat,  Magnesium citraat, Aquamin® TG Magnesium, vegetarisch magnesiumstearaat (anti-klontermiddel), isomalt (bindmiddel),  silica (anti-klontermiddel), tapioca dextrine (bindmiddel), coating  (HPC, HPMC), Pyridoxaal 5 fosfaat (Vitamine B6).

Gebruik
1-2 tabletten per dag met water 
innemen. Bij inname van meer dan 250 mg magnesium per dag (2 tabletten) kan een laxerend effect optreden.
