Rosso rubino acceso e luminoso. Olfatto complesso su un bouquet elegante di rose rosse e piccoli fiori viola. Bocca corporsa, ben bilanciata da una trama acida e tannica importante. Sviluppo su intensi sentori fruttati, con un finale abbastanza persistente, armonico.Il Langhe Nebbiolo proviene da uve nebbiolo in purezza, coltivate nel comune di La Morra, sede storia della cantina. Vigneti dai 20 ai 50 anni di età, coltivati con il minimo intervento umano, in modo naturale. L'affinamento avviene in barriques per 5 mesi. Floreale e strutturato, è un Nebbiolo che si presta per serate in compagnia.
Il Langhe Nebbiolo di Elio Altare si abbina perfettamente a piatti di terra e formaggi di media stagionatura. Sublime con un piatto di cappelle di porcini gratinate.

Too big for puppies
