De druiven worden laat geoogst en de wijn wordt na fermentatie sur lie gerijpt. Deze combinatie maakt de wijn tot wat hij is: krachtig, rijk en zeer elegant. Heeft tevens veel potentie om zich verder te ontwikkelen.Zeer rijke, rijpe neus, met kaas van honing en peperkoek. In de mond krijg je zeer complex aroma, met lange afdronk en een honingzoete finale.

De Sauvignon druiven van deze witte wijn zijn afkomstig van de beste percelen van het domein, geklasseerd onder de zeer kleine appellatie Touraine-Oisly. Deze appellatie omvat slechts 10 ha en kan worden beschouwd als Cru binnen de Touraine. De combinatie van de typische eigenschappen van de Sauvignon Blanc, gecombineerd met deze unieke terroir zorgen voor een zeer unieke wijn!

These things are amazing! I bought these a couple weeks before a trip to Italy and had planned on doing a lot of walking in them. That isn't enough to make me not wear them though. There's a photo that shows this. As you can see it's super tiny, and probably not even a flaw, it just hits my ankle *just* right so that it rubs.
