- Onze sommeliers adviseren: Mooi te combineren met rauwe visgerechten met soja of wasabi, en gebakken of geroosterde schaal- en schelpdieren. Visgerechten met zuurkool en roomsauzen of pikante en kruidige elementen. Rauw vlees of gevogelte met paté en gebakken ganzen en eendenlever smaakt ook erg goed bij deze wijn.
