Het frame van de stoel is van teakhout, een houtsoort die al eeuwenlang wordt gebruikt voor meubels, scheepsbouw en constructies vanwege de duurzaamheid en weerbestendigheid. Het teakhout in deze stoelen komt uit Indonesische plantages, waar het legaal en duurzaam wordt geoogst. Tropische bossen worden hierbij niet aangetast, en het hout kan worden getraceerd tot de bron dankzij het Indonesische FLEGT-systeem in samenwerking met de EU.

Onderhoud
De Rope stoel heeft weinig onderhoud nodig. Teakhout wordt na verloop van tijd natuurlijk grijzer; wie een diepere, warmere kleur wil kan teakolie gebruiken, maar dit is niet nodig. Het touw kan bij langdurige blootstelling aan zonlicht iets vervagen, maar door de hoge UV-bestendigheid gebeurt dit langzaam en gelijkmatig, waardoor het uiterlijk van de stoel behouden blijft.

Comfortable Water‑Repellent Summer Shorts That Still Look Casual and Neat

I find these TACVASEN 7 Inch Casual Twill Shorts very comfortable to wear for warm weather. The polyester twill fabric feels light against the skin and does not trap heat, which makes them a good option for summer days or humid climates. The material also behaves like a water‑repellent, quick‑dry fabric, so light splashes or a bit of sweat do not linger long, and the shorts dry fairly fast instead of staying damp.
The overall look is more refined than basic athletic shorts, which I appreciate. The 7‑inch inseam, flat front style, and elastic waistband with drawstring give them a casual, everyday look that can still pass for more polished casual wear if you pair them with a polo or a clean t‑shirt. They do not look sloppy, so they work for running errands, casual outings, or relaxed social situations, not just for the beach or lounging.
