Traceerbare activiteitsgegevens

Kijk naar wat je bereikt hebt: wanneer je na je tocht de Intuvia 100 uit de houder neemt, kun je met de knop aan de achterkant waarden zoals afstand of duur van je tocht weergeven. De weergave verandert per toetsklik. Na 60 seconden schakelt je Intuvia 100 auto-matisch uit om de batterij te sparen. Als je eBike tijdens de rit met de eBike Flow-app verbonden was, kun je jouw activiteitsgegevens ook in de app opvragen.

Smart loopondersteuning

De Intuvia 100 helpt je ook op steile beklimmingen: hij geeft aan of de smart loopondersteuning via de bedieningseenheid is geactiveerd. Deze ondersteunt je wanneer je de eBike bergop duwt. Als je de eBike binnen 10 seconden beweegt volgens de aanwijzingen op het display, ondersteunt de motor je en voorkomt hij door middel van de Hill Hold dat de fiets achteruit rolt. Zo kom je ook lopend makkelijker vooruit.

I really love Nedra Glover Tawwab's work. I started with "Set Boundaries, Find Peace" and that opened the gateway to a broader and more helpful healing journey for me. This book, "Drama Fee" was just an evolutionary step in her series and a more in depth dealing with family relationships. The different perspectives for each chapter on how the concept can be applied was/is helpful as it often feels like books of this nature are only telling the black or white way to focus on a relationship. I felt seen and heard that though my familial relationships are unique there are commonalities and in turn ways to approach healing, reconciliation (with oneself and with family), understanding and compassion, to a achieve drama free relationships. As humans we are bread for connection and I appreciate Nedra Glover Tawwab's help in navigating them.
