Gebruik en onderhoud

De pan is vervaardigd van lichtgewicht aluminium met een keramische coating die zorgt voor een uitstekende anti-aanbakwerking. Het kan voorkomen dat de pan koud iets hol staat, maar dit trekt recht zodra de pan opwarmt. Om de pan lang mooi te houden, raden wij handwas aan. Vermijd snelle temperatuurwisselingen, vooral bij inductiekoken, en laat de pan eerst afkoelen voordat je hem afspoelt.
