De papajas die voor fruitpuree worden gebruikt, worden in Zuid-Amerika in de zon gerijpt en op het beste moment geplukt. Daarna wordt het verse fruit zorgvuldig gepureerd en ingevroren. Op deze manier blijven de aromas en voedingswaarden optimaal en gaat er niets verloren!
