Ingrediënten
Vitamine C (als Ascorbinezuur).
Gebruik
Volwassenen: neem dagelijks 1 tot 2 gram, 1 afgestreken theelepel = ±1 gram
Kinderen van 10 jaar en ouder: neem dagelijks ½ theelepel = ± 500mg.
Tenzij anders wordt geadviseerd. Geschikt voor vegetariërs en veganisten.
Deze Vitamine C poeder wordt het beste opgenomen wanneer het wordt ingenomen tijdens een maaltijd. Het poeder kan makkelijk worden ingenomen met water of gestrooid over eten.
