De Portugese wijnmaker Rita Marques en de Zuid-Afrikaanse Marc Kent besloten na jarenlange samenwerking in 2020 samen een nieuwe weg in te slaan. Ze kochten samen een wijngaard in Casais do Douro waar ze hun eerste gezamenlijke wijn op de markt brachten onder de naam Invincible numero dois. Een aantal jaar later sloot ook De Number One White zich aan in het assortiment. De twee weten verschillende werelddelen samen te laten komen en produceren daarmee zeer verfijnde wijnen. De wijngaarden liggen op imposante terrassen langs de rivier, waar de diepgewortelde wijnstokken kunnen genieten van het perfecte klimaat. De Rabigato, Arinto en Cordega druiven vormen samen de blend voor deze Number One white Douro wijn. De druiven worden bij optimale rijpheid geoogst en vrijwel direct naar de wijnmakerij gebracht. De druiven worden hier allereerst streng gecontroleerd, waarna de fermentatie in roestvrijstalen tanks plaatsvindt. Tot slot rijpt de wijn nog enkele maanden op de fijne droesem.De geur en smaak van Invincible Number One White
De Invincible Number One verschijnt met een goudgele kleur in het glas. Direct komen de heerlijke aroma’s je tegemoet. Jasmijn, appel en peer. In eerste instantie is het een heerlijke droge wijn, die vooral rond en aangenaam soepel is. Op de tong heeft het een extreem lichte textuur met een jeugdige finale in de afdronk.Shipping Notes

Don’t buy it

Stoped working after 6 months. I wish I had purchased the same one I had, Kitchen Mama, but the price was better for Circle Joy. Silly me I won’t be fooled again. I have arthritis and can’t use manual openers. This is going in the trash today. Btw- I only use it 1 or 2 times a week.

Excellent can opener.

Love it! Works like a charm. I have arthritis which made opening cans with the type I’d used for years very hard. I didn’t want one on the counter, this fits perfectly in a drawer. I know a couple our friends have ordered one.

Worth the Money

I bought this thinking, "Will it really work the way it shows?". The answer is yes. Put it on the can, press the button, and then it does its thing hands off. It does leave a smooth edge too. Not too speedy, but better than having to fight with your manual to get it to catch the edge.

The best can opener ever

I love it. It’s so easy to use just press the button. It’s spins around the can. The lid comes off without any sharp edges. It’s a little loud but works perfect. I’m basically any type of can. Great on those big cans of yam.
