Een heldere, robijnrode kleur. De aanzet is aromatisch en romig, gevolgd door aangename tannines en een mooie, intense afdronk.

Over Domaine de Remizières

Het familiebedrijf gaat al sinds drie generatiesover van vader op zoon. Bij de start omvattehet domein een wijngebied van ongeveer 4 ha, totdat Desmeure Alphonse besluit in 1973 om zichvolledig terug te trekken uit de Cave CooperativeTain l’Hermitage, waar hij de helft van zijnproductie leverde. Zijn zoon Philippe, reeds zeerjong actief op het domein, neemt het roer over in1977. Sindsdien heeft het domein aanzienlijkevooruitgang geboekt en vele prijzen gewonnen.Het domein omvat momenteel 30 ha, verspreidover een aantal gemeentes.

Vinificatie

Traditionele vinificatie in gesloten thermogereguleerde tanks, gevolgd door een rijping in houten vaten gedurende 15 maanden (demi-muids: 600 ltr).

I purchased this frother in mid Oct and less than 90 days later, it's no longer working. The wisk does not spin, and the element does not heat the milk. I am currently working with customer support on a refund / replacement, but so far not happy. I've been told it does not work with 2% organic milk and that I need to switch to whole milk, which will solve my issues. Not sure how whole milk will help with the heating element? This was not disclosed when I purchased the unit. If I had known my milk choice would impact the frother, I would have chosen another brand or product. I like the unit, it's compact, easy to clean, but it did not last.
