It gets its intensity from Pinot Noir (of which 10% is vinified into red wine), its herbaceous character from Pinot Meunier (of which 10% is vinified into red wine) and its finesse from Chardonnay and finally ensures the addition of up to 20% of the so-called reserve wines, that the style remains consistent and recognizable year after year.
