PRODUCTOMSCHRIJVING

Grondspot LUNA is met zijn schuine lichtbundel uitermate geschikt om tuinelementen zoals schuttingen, hagen, muren en leibomen uit te lichten. De brede lichtbundel licht het tuinelement egaal uit en geeft al gauw een groots effect. De LUNA is perfect te combineren met accessoire SPIKE. Met deze grondpen plaats je de LUNA eenvoudig in een losse ondergrond zoals aarde, grind of gras. In-lite Grondspot LUNA is niet geschikt voor montage in accessoire BOX 100. De LUNA is wel geschikt voor verwerkinging in accessoire BOX 1.

INSTALLATIE-INSTRUCTIES

Deze grondspot verwerk je in een gat in hout (met behulp van een houtboor) of steen (met behulp van een gekoelde diamantboor) met een diameter van 60 mm. Een in-lite dealer of hovenier kan dit verzorgen. Let op, installeer het armatuur alleen in een recht geboord gat in de juiste maat, om te zorgen dat de spot goed geklemd wordt zonder dat de behuizing van de grondspot beschadigd wordt.

De LUNA is voorzien van een RVS cup. De cup is een RVS ring met verende lipjes waardoor de spot makkelijk en spanningsvrij te monteren is. De spot wordt met de cup in het gat geduwd, een hamer is niet nodig. Door de verende lipjes zit de spot altijd goed geklemd. Ook is de spot nu zonder beschadigingen makkelijk te verwijderen. De cup wordt standaard meegeleverd met de LUNA en is niet los verkrijgbaar.

Wil je LUNA verwerken in een losse ondergrond zoals aarde, grind of gras, dan is dit mogelijk in combinatie met accessoire SPIKE. Plaats LUNA in SPIKE en prik het geheel in de grond.

The process was very smooth and fairly quick. The only challenge I had was that the CLAIM status showed complete but I had to manually go look up the status. There was no email or notification it was closed. After manually checking the status, I called customer support and they said since I called in, they would process the payout. I wonder if I didnt call in if they would have processed it? Also, the phone rep said they would issue me a amazon egift card but then the next day I received a email saying they mailed out the payout. Very poor communication but so far the process was easy and fast.

Cheap Insurance - Easy Claims Process!
I bought this warranty plan for a Dell monitor about 3.5 years ago. About a month ago, it started to give me some intermittent problems (very fast flickering & image retention). I tried everything I could to troubleshoot the issue, but it just kept coming back. I had some issues with logging into my Asurion account because I used an EDU email, which I no longer have access to. I sent a message to Asurion here on Amazon and they sent me my plan details and everything I needed to make a claim within 24 hrs. Once I was able to log into my account online, the claims process couldn't be faster/easier. I used the chat function and provided the rep with the issues I was having with my monitor. The rep immediately emailed me a pre-paid UPS label to send my monitor to one of their repair facilities. I got another email when my monitor was received stating that repairs could take up to 5 business days. However, the very next day I got another email stating that my monitor couldn't be repaired and they would be reimbursing me the full purchase price. I received another email with an Amazon gift card for the full price of the monitor within minutes. This is my first experience with Asurion and I'm very impressed. The customer service is top notch. If I ever buy another expensive electronic item from Amazon, I'm definitely buying an extended warranty from Asurion.
