My Unstoppable Journey: How 'Can't Hurt Me - Clean Edition' Changed My Life Forever!
Format: Hardcover
As an avid reader and self-improvement enthusiast, "Can't Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds - Clean Edition" by David Goggins has undoubtedly been the most transformative book I've ever encountered. From the very first page, Goggins' unfiltered honesty and relentless pursuit of greatness struck a chord deep within me. His journey from a troubled past to becoming a Navy SEAL and an ultra-endurance athlete is nothing short of awe-inspiring, and it motivated me to confront my own limitations and push past my comfort zones. What truly sets the clean edition apart is its accessibility to a wider audience, without compromising the book's raw power. Goggins' story of overcoming immense adversity and mental hurdles resonates deeply, and the absence of explicit language only strengthens the impact of his words. Reading his struggles, failures, and ultimate triumphs, I found myself on an emotional rollercoaster, laughing, crying, and cheering him on with each turn of the page. But more importantly, the book empowered me to embrace discomfort, tackle my fears, and cultivate an unbreakable mindset. Thanks to Goggins' candid narrative and practical tools, I now approach challenges with newfound tenacity, and I'm well on my way to achieving goals I once considered impossible. "Can't Hurt Me - Clean Edition" is a true masterpiece that has forever changed my perspective on what's achievable when we harness the power of our minds.

Buena calidad
Format: Hardcover, Format: Hardcover
Es de pasta dura. El material de las hojas se siente de buena calidad. El tamaño de las letras es adecuado. Mi perro lo mordió un poco por eso en la foto sale así. En cuanto al libro, es bastante biográfico, y deja las enseñanzas del autor.

Can't hurt him
Format: Paperback
I've had many conversations with different people about Goggins, and I would have to say it's been a near 50|50 split of people supporting him and people having issues with him. Here I will address the motivational aspect of the book: The transformation Goggins went through from his lowest of low points to his highs are extremely admirable. He had a rough start and numerous setbacks that would've been a decent reason to keep his way of life as it was, but he felt stagnant. So he decided to change it but going after one of the hardest things you can do- prepping for Seal training. Here I will address the methodology of his motivation: In short, to become a Seal isn't a mere accident. It is 100% intentful. 100% a team required feat and effort. In some instances of the book, Goggins mentions he struggled with some of his peers, maybe even head-butting ideology where he may have gone solo on some things or didn't quite agree with how a team was being run. He has his own self reflections on this various incidents. However, what I would like to note is that the self-reflection exists (*I listened to the audiobook as well which offered other insight not part of the book). I believe if you take what is necessary from the book: the motivation, the coaching, the curiosity or whatever you can get get out of the book that is a positive influence then that's great! There are plenty of people who do not like Goggins and because of that bias, they don't give credit to the content of his book. I would say, be an educated reader/consumer. There is always something to be learned/gained from other people's lives and experiences.
