Pinot Blanc Auslese: Krachtig, rijp en volle, karakteristieke smaak. Na vergisting nog 10 maanden houtrijping, om de fruitaroma's en mooie structuur te verkrijgen die deze wijn zo elegant maakt. Lichte botrytis (edele rot) van de druiven voor vergisting geven de wijn extra verfijning. Gemaakt van 100% Pinot Blanc druiven. In Oostenrijk noemt men deze druif Weißburgunder.
Verhaal achter het etiket: Oostenrijkse Auslese, afkomstig van het wijndomein van Grenzhof-Fiedler. 'Auslese', betekent letterlijk vertaald 'uitzoeken/uitgezocht'; rijpe druiven worden selectief met de hand geplukt, minder goede druiven worden uit de trossen verwijderd om zo het beste van het beste voor vergisting over te houden. Auslese is een predikaat in Duitsland; Qualitätswein mit Prädikat garandeert bepaalde rijpheid van de druiven op het moment van pluk. - Zoete en versterkte wijnen - Rijp, zoet. Rijke, frisse botrytis aroma’s, in de smaak veel rijpe smaken met mineralen en verteerbaarheid. Perfecte balans tussen zoet en zuur. Zeer gastronomisch!

Definitely not my favorite
Format: Paperback
It was ok as far as Camino memoirs go. Not my favorite and probably won't reread/listen again, like I have several others. The author seemed to like to make fun of people and objectify women. I kept hoping there'd be some kind of epiphany, but the closest we get is when he is relaying a life changing conversation he'd had with someone the previous evening where he learned he needs to see the good in people, but minutes before he'd spent a lengthy time ranting and complaining and disparaging "plastic pilgrims."
I listened to the whole thing because I was hoping for some redemption, but didn't witness any.

Buen camino !
Format: Kindle
This book had me hooked from page one. Brad writes in way that brings every scene, character and emotion to life.
I loved that his writing style is so original.
He is transparent, honest, funny, and thought provoking.
I have had thoughts of one day walking the Camino, The only Way West has made me both terrified and excited to perhaps do it one day.
I hope we get to see more of this quirky author.

This is the Operator's Manual for current Linux.
Format: Paperback
I recommend this. It is a current edition. If you are new to Linux, you need a solid reference like this, to unleash the Linux potential. Linux has become very friendly in the last few years, and presents a viable option. Don't struggle to learn Linux.
