Canalicchio di Sopra is het verhaal van een wijnmakerij die de geschiedenis van de wijnbouw in Montalcino over de afgelopen 50 jaar, de groei en het wereldwijde succes omvat. De eerste fles Canalicchio di Sopra Brunello di Montalcino werd geproduceerd in 1966. In 1967 was Canalicchio di Sopra een van de twaalf oprichters van het Consorzio del Vino Brunello di Montalcino. Elegantie is de essentie van de filosofie van Canalicchio. De wijnen worden met veel passie en respect voor het territorium gemaakt Er is bewust gekozen voor het werken met slechts één druivensoort; de Sangiovese. Naarmate de tijd hebben de wijnmakers ondervonden wat de unieke eigenschappen van deze druifsoort zijn en dat hij zich op elke cru anders ontwikkeld. Daarom heen wilde het wijnhuis zijn identiteit opbouwen.Volledige handmatige oogst van de Sangiovese
Na de handmatige oogst, kunnen de druiven een strenge selectie verwachten. Alleen het beste sap eindigt namelijk in de fles. Na de oogst volgt een schilinweking voor de duur van 15 tot 20 dagen. De alcoholische fermentatie vindt plaats in roestvrijstalen vaten onder gecontroleerde temperaturen. De wijn rust tot slot 36 maanden in vaten van Slavonisch en vervolgens nog 1 jaar op fles. De geur van deze Canalicchio di Sopra Brunello di Montalcino is verfrissend met tonen van kruiden, kersen en bessen. De smaak is zeer vol te noemen en bijzonder, fluweelzachte tannines, rijkelijke smaken van zwart fruit, kruiden, tabak, vanille en drop. Okay for small projects, terrible for bigger or full sheet use.

I needed some decals for light colored shirts but wanted something that felt better quality and gave me a higher quantity than the typical Avery brand iron on sheets. Avery is better. These no matter how much I ironed with my heat press or iron, a portion of the decal would not adhere to the shirt even after double checking the shirt materials and heat settings only the edges of the decal adhered to the shirt. The rest of the sheets either stayed stuck to the backing sheet or loose on the ironed shirt and quickly tore. I would not recommend these for professional small businesses or even the crafty mom. Not worth it. I purchased two boxes and still the same result with both. Do not waste you money like I did. You will be sorely disappointed.

Image is a pain to adhere. Using my heat press even on a low setting caused serious sticking. Using the iron sucked because it took for ever to get the image to adhere to the shirt. It was so much stuck paper after cooling off, I ended up ruining 4 shirts.. I would not buy this again. If you are using just to try images and designs maybe, if using in a business manner I wouldn’t!

My Go-To Sublimation Paper — Flawless Results Every Time
