When I explained the defect, they told me to move it to unlocked position. I buy this sunscreen all the time for my kids so I’m aware of how to lock and unlock a sunscreen Unfortunately through buyer/seller messaging you’re unable to leave a video so I will unfortunately have to leave a review here. I hope the seller will resolve this defective item.

I keep it near the front door and quickly roll the sunscreen on my hands, arms, and chest before leaving the house. Finally, the roll-on method also eliminates the frustration of having half-filled tubes and pumps where you can't even access the sunscreen when the tube gets low.
