The Torre Bisenzio Family Reserve brengt de persoonlijkheden van drie internationale rode druivenrassen samen: Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot en Syrah. Deze wijn is de handtekeningblend van de familie en toont deze uitzonderlijke druiven die in onze wijngaarden zijn geteeld, met aandacht zijn geoogst en zorgvuldig zijn gerijpt. Beperkte productie.

Druivenrassen: Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Petit Verdot

Alcoholpercentage: 13,5%

Vinificatie: Met de hand geoogst en afzonderlijke vinificatie voor elk druivenras. Eerst rijping in barriques gedurende 18 maanden, daarna geblend en verder gerijpt in roestvrijstaal gedurende 18 maanden. Gebotteld in februari 2022.

Smaak- en smaakprofiel: Intens rode kleur met violette reflecties. In de neus hints van braambes, zwarte bes en framboos samen met bloemige hints van vlierbes, rozemarijn, met een lichte noot van zoethout (Cabernet Franc), Vanille, Chocoladepoeder (Petit Verdot). In de mond heeft het een zachte en omhullende ingang met soepele en compacte tannines en eindigt met zoetheid en grote diepte.
Zuid-gericht biologisch gecertificeerde wijngaarden gelegen op 490 – 530 meter m.ü.M. De bodem is oceaanbodem uit het midden-Plioceen (5,3 tot 2,6 miljoen jaar geleden), bestaande uit sedimentair klei, grind zanden en alluviaal slib met mariene fossielen. Plantdichtheid ca. 5.200 planten/ha. Opbrengst: 35hl/ha. Trainingsmethode met cordon spur
