In Amerika is de naam Chablis zo bekend dat het bijna synoniem is voor droge witte wijn.

Klimaat
Continentaal klimaat met voldoende neerslag het ganse jaar en een hete droge zomer.

Ondergrond
Ondergrond van klei en kalk rijk aan de befaamde 'Kimmeridge' (Duizenden jaren oude lagen van schaaldieren) kalklagen.

Vinificatie
De druiven worden voorzichtig geperst van zodra ze in de kelder arriveren. Clarificatie van de most gedurende de eerste 24 uur met fermentatie in inox onder lage gecontroleerde temperatuur. Daarna rust de wijn verder op zijn Lies gedurende 4 tot 6 maand. Na in totaal 12 tot 18 maand wordt de wijn op fles getrokken.

It's true to size. I have a 42" chest and typically wear a large. I ordered large and it fits. Grab these while you can as most of these mock neck t shirts are a cotton poly blend. These are 98% cotton. This is important because although the cotton/poly blends dry quicker, they are uncomfortably warm if it gets above 70 F. I have purchased other mock turtlenecks and had my local dry cleaners convert them from long sleeves to short, but they are slightly heavier weight than these. I do wish that they made these in a dark green or military green color.
