Om haar ijzeren greep op het wereldtoneel te verstevigen, zet Mind MGMT overal ter wereld geheime agenten in om andere psychisch geaffecteerde individuen aan haar zijde te rekruteren. Hoe kan deze raadselachtige organisatie, die uit is op wereldheerschappij, worden verslagen?

Gelukkig hebben een paar afvallige agenten ontdekt dat Mind MGMT gecompromitteerd is en zijn ze overgelopen, waardoor ze het syndicaat de rug hebben toegekeerd. Ze gebruiken nu hun eigen paranormale gaven om te voorkomen dat Mind MGMT zijn snode doelen bereikt.

In Mind MGMT: The Psychic Espionage "Game." bestuurt één speler Mind MGMT en moet de stad afzoeken naar nieuwe rekruten. Ze bewegen zich voort op een geheime kaart en proberen locaties te bezoeken die overeenkomen met één van hun drie willekeurig getrokken kenmerkkaarten. Ze kunnen ook hun vier Onsterfelijken gebruiken om locaties te beschermen tegen ontdekking.

Alle andere spelers besturen de schurkachtige agenten die Mind MGMT moeten zien te stoppen voor het te laat is! Ze stellen vragen aan de rekruteerder en leiden uit de antwoorden af waar ze zijn. De Rogue Agents kunnen droge "mental notes" gebruiken om alle informatie die ze krijgen bij te houden.

Mind MGMT wint door ofwel twaalf rekruten te verzamelen ofwel zestien beurten te overleven. De Rogue Agents kunnen alleen winnen door Mind MGMT gevangen te nemen, hetgeen ze doen als ze denken dat ze zich in hetzelfde blok bevinden als Mind MGMT.
