Mousserende wijnen van Ponte

De mousserende wijnen van wijnhuis Ponte zijn ongekend populair. Meestal gemaakt van de Glera druif die aangeplant staat in de regio Veneto en Friuli Venezia Giulia. Het wijnhuis is gelegen in het hart van de Prosecco DOCG-productieregio en heeft meer dan 50 jaar ervaring in het maken van mousserende wijnen van topkwaliteit. Dankzij hun passie voor wijnen en de Italiaanse tradities, blijven ze continu innoveren en verbeteren. De wijnen moeten het terroir perfect weerspiegelen en daarvoor worden veel verschillende moderne technologieën gebruikt. Hiermee zijn de mousserende wijnen perfect in balans. Gelegen in de regio Veneto en Friuli Venezia Giulia genieten de druiven van uitstekende omstandigheden. De wijngaard bevindt zich op kiezelgrond en dat maakt dat de druif perfect kan rijpen. Wanneer ze volledig rijp zijn, worden de druiven zorgvuldig geoogst en naar de wijnkelder gebracht. Hier worden de druiven zacht geperst en volgt de fermentatie met zorgvuldig geselecteerde gisting. De tweede gisting volgens de Charmat-methode duurt minstens 60 dagen en wordt direct na de eerste gisting uitgevoerd. Na de nodige rust is het tijd om van deze Prosecco Rose te genieten.

De feestelijke smaakbeleving van Ponte Prosecco Rose

Met een elegante kleur verschijnt deze Prosecco Rose in het glas. De bubbeltjes dansen subtiel in het glas. In geur frisse en fruitige aroma’s met citrustonen en hints van perzik en appel. In de smaak een verfijnde Rose die mooi in evenwicht is. Lekker sappig en elegant. De smaak is fris met duidelijke tonen van perzik, frambozen en aardbeien. De zuurgraad maakt dat de wijn mooi in balans is zonder te zoet of te zuur te zijn. De afdronk is zacht en aangenaam met wederom fruitige tonen. Het is een perfecte wijn om te drinken als aperitief, bij lichte gerechten en salades.

We made use of these shelving brackets in our kitchen remodel. They turned out great. We used 2x12 Douglas Fur boards that were sanded and painted to show contrast with the brackets. The brackets installed easy enough with a level, tape measure, pencil, and a drill for pilot holes. Other reviewers are correct: the mounting screws that come with it are essentially junk. I had read this and ordered black wood screws ahead of time with the hopes of returning them. I used the 1" screws to secure the shelving to the brackets. The 2-1/2" screws get to go back as we were able to use the included screws to secure the brackets to the wall. But, two of the first three heads on the 1" screws popped off... so, we quickly moved away from those included. There is a little more flex in the brackets than I had expected... they're just a little too thin for 11-1/2" shelves. It won't affect anything for us as we'll just be placing dry food and canned goods on them in our pantry. But, if I were using them for the garage or the shop I'd probably buy a different brand OR decrease the space between brackets. I spaced mine out 12" from each edge and then 12" on center. Works well for our pantry.

Amazing quality brackets

When I received my order I was very impressed with how the brackets were packaged. Once opened up, the steel brackets are amazing quality, and comes with all the screws needed. The only downsize is the screws are lower quality so by the time I got them in they were stripping where the screw driver sits. Same with the drywall attachments. I only used two dry wall attachments per shelf because I didn’t want to ruin my walls with giant holes. It seems to hold adequate weight. I put the regular screws in the bottom holes and through the wood to secure shelf from sliding. Overall I am very pleased. I will be ordering again when I do my bathroom shelves.
