Deze productcombinatie brengt twee toffe samenwerkingen samen:
De Five Spice Fungi dumplings maken we met Dutch Dumpling: de enige dumpling fabriek in Nederland. De paddenstoelen shoyu is gefermenteerd door Fermi Foods.

Beide producten bevatten de rotterzwam oesterzwammen: lokaal gekweekt op stedelijke reststromen zoals koffiedik. De shoyu voegt diepte en umami-smaak toe door het fermentatieproces. In de five spice fungi dumpling komt de smaak van shiitake en oesterzwammen samen met pittige tonen van Chinese five spice kruiden.

De dumplings zijn perfect te combineren met de shoyu-saus: in elk product is de oesterzwam op een andere manier verwerkt, wat voor een explosie van smaak zorgt wanneer je ze samen proeft.
