Onze vis botten bouillon van biologische zalm uit Ierland is 20 uur gekookt en bevat daardoor veel voedingsstoffen en mineralen. Steranijs, venkel en selderij geven onze visbouillon zijn fijne smaak.

De wildwaterzalm voor onze Vis botten bouillon groeit op in stromend water op een duurzame viskwekerij in Ierland. Door de goede veehouderij en de hoge waterkwaliteit behoort de aquacultuur van de viskwekerij tot de beste ter wereld.

Waarom biologische zalm uit aquacultuur?

  • "Wilde zalm wordt met uitsterven bedreigd, die kun je beter niet kopen" (Verbraucherzentrale Bayern).
  • Wilde zalm komt vaak uit vervuilde bestanden zoals de Atlantische Oceaan en is daarom niet gezonder of ecologisch veiliger dan zalm uit aquacultuur.
  • Met biologische zalm kan de consument er zeker van zijn dat er geen chemicaliën zijn toegevoegd en dat de zalm niet met antibiotica is behandeld.

Hoe gebruik ik de visgraatbouillon?

Je kunt de visgraatbouillon puur drinken om mineralen en voedingsstoffen zoals jodium te leveren of gebruiken als basis voor heerlijke soepen en vissauzen.

Waar komen de ingrediënten voor de visgraatbouillon vandaan?

Onze vis botten bouillon wordt gemaakt van biologische zalmkarkassen. Deze komen van een duurzame zalmkwekerij in Ierland. De groenten komen van biologische boeren uit de regio rond onze productie in Beieren.

Waarom gebruiken jullie geen wilde zalm?

Omdat wilde zalm met uitsterven wordt bedreigd, hebben wij duidelijk besloten geen wilde zalm in onze visgraatbouillon te gebruiken. Met biologische zalm uit aquacultuur kunnen we ook garanderen dat de zalm vrij is van ongezonde residuen en dat er geen chemicaliën worden gebruikt.


 

Hoeveel potjes ontvang ik?

Dit product is een verpakking van 6 potten (350 ml per stuk) zelfgemaakte biologische Vis botten bouillon.

Waarom wordt de visbouillon 20 uur gekookt?

Door 20 uur te koken op een lage temperatuur worden de waardevolle mineralen en voedingsstoffen uit de viskarkassen opgelost en gaan ze over in de bouillon. De visbouillon bespaart dus niet alleen veel tijd tijdens het koken, maar voorziet het lichaam ook van voedingsstoffen en energie.

Is de visbouillon vrij van histamine?

Ja, de visbouillon is in het laboratorium getest en er is geen histamine aangetoond.

It's vegan and it has only five calories per two pieces. I have so far only chewed one piece at a time. One piece seems plenty for me. I've read that people need from six to ten grams of xylitol per day to effectively fight plaque. So, this gum needs to be chewed accordingly. Many people chew after every time they eat. I am happy with this purchase.

Only protein shake I've found that doesn't cramp my stomach

I've tried the vanilla, strawberry and chocolate, and chocolate is by far the best. It's not too sweet (where as the vanilla and strawberry were). It doesn't have any extra whey concentrate or caseinate or soy or whatever added to it to boost protein. Brands that do that mess up my stomach, giving me bad stomach cramps. This is just highly filtered milk, and lactase enzyme that tackles the lactose sugar left behind after filtration. Maybe that's the secret. (I can drink normal milk and not get cramps. But, whey protein isolate and other things give me cramps.) This has become a go-to in a protein diet I'm on. I'll have one for breakfast with some coffee. That lasts me until lunch. If not, I'll simply have another 2 hours later. They're each less than 200 calories, so it's not too bad having another if it staves off hunger. I find I eat a smaller lunch. I might have another one for a mid-afternoon snack. Then I'll have a normal dinner. Basically I'm replacing bigger meals and a breakfast with 2-3 smaller calorie protein shakes. And the protein keeps me satisfied. (unlike something like slim fast that's just all sugar and ramps up your insulin). They're a bit pricey (almost $4/bottle). But, I'm cutting back on my grocery bill as well. So, it's balancing out. I figure I could be spending $12/day on fast food or some other garbage that makes me fat. Instead I'm drinking 2-3 of these a day, and am down 10lbs over a month. I'll stick with these.
