Deze bijzondere wijn is een blend van alle vier(!) de Lieu-dits van de familie Stéphan, namelijk: Coteaux de Bassenon, de Tupin, So Brun en Binardes. Normaliter als vier verschillende (top)wijnen gebotteld, maar nu alsware een gelegenheidscuvée geblend tot één superwijn, zo laat het etiket al raden. Grijp uw kans, want het zomaar kunnen zijn dat deze wijn maar één keer gemaakt wordt. Reden? 2021 was geen kwantitatief jaar. De kwaliteit is echter (meer dan) dik in orde! U wordt omvergeblazen door fijn spicy rood fruit, een pootje gelapt door de muntige kruidigheid, krabbelt weer op door subtiele tannine, en staat weer fier op de benen door die heerlijke sappige zuren. Overdonderend goed: 'L'Ultime'.
