Nel calice propone un perlage fine e delicato, seguito da un quadro olfattivo fruttato e minerale, con note di piccoli frutti rossi in evidenza. In bocca entra fresco e compatto, con finitura sapida e minerale.Lo Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs Beauregard Etienne Sandrin è un delizioso spaccato della denominazione e in particolare del terroir della Celles-sur-Ource, nella Côte de Bar-sur-Seine. Le viti sono coltivate in agricoltura biologica e biodinamica, hanno un’età media di 40 anni e sono collocate a 263 metri di altitudine, sul caratteristico terreno di calcare argilloso e limoso della zona. Le uve sono pressate sofficemente, fermentano con lieviti indigeni ed effettuano la malolattica spontaneamente, quindi il vino ottenuto sosta sui lieviti per almeno 36 mesi. Non filtrato, non chiarificato e non dosato, come nello stile minimalista di Etienne Sandrin, lo Champagne Beauregard è perfetto per stupire i tuoi ospiti o per una serata romantica.
Ottimo con tutta la cucina di mare, in particolare con tartare di pesce, sushi e sashimi, ma anche con crostacei e carni bianche in salsa.

A timely introduction for classical retrieval
Format: Paperback
Bray has written a very accessible introduction to the attributes of God, with the proper distinctions between God’s essential attributes and his relational attributes. Bray does well in showing the necessity of the essential attributes as the foundation to the manifestation of God’s relational attributes to mankind, firmly anchoring them in the biblical text. I appreciate that he provided glimpses of the historical development of the attributes, interacting with some of the objections to the essential (i.e., classical) attributes and then exposing the reader to some of the best scholarship in response to the objections. The appendix ends the book with an historical survey of the attributes in the Christian tradition. Those unfamiliar with the development of classical theism will be brought up to speed, just enough to see the rich heritage of the classical attributes of God. I will be referring those new to systematic theology or are unfamiliar with the classical doctrine of God to this introductory work. It’s a great read and desperately needed due to the construals of God being promoted in modern theology.
