Gebruik
Japanse groene infusie theeën worden bereid door de verwerkte gehele theebladeren in heet water te infuseren. De gebruikte hoeveelheid thee en water, alsook de temperatuur van het water en de infusietijd zijn verschillend naargelang welke thee je kiest. Belangrijk is om voor zacht (licht gemineraliseerd) water te kiezen en om de temperatuur van het water in acht te nemen. Kies je immers voor een hogere temperatuur zal de thee extra bitter smaken, tenzij je dit wenst uiteraard.Voor een ultieme en uitgebreide smaakbeleving kan ook voor een tweede (eventueel derde) infusie gekozen worden. Bij de eerste infusie gaan de opgerolde theebladeren geleidelijk open en gev0en de eerste smaken vrij. Bij een tweede infusie zijn ze reeds open en geven dan hun andere smaken vrij. Hiertoe wordt bij de reeds geïnfuseerde (en afgegoten/gedecanteerde) theebladeren dezelfde hoeveelheid water met ongeveer dezelfde temperatuur gedaan. Naargelang de persoonlijke voorkeur kan hiervoor ofwel dezelfde of een iets kortere infusietijd gekozen worden. Laat je leiden door persoonlijke smaak en voorkeur en experimenteer volop met dit groene goud!

Mulla Nasrudin is the Br'er Rabbit, or Coyote, of the Middle East. The stories are teaching stories, and they can be very amusing, thoughtful, and thought stimulating, all at once. Idries Shah's books tend to be very well written, anyway, however the subject is simply delightful. I can't add much more than what others have said, except to say that the stories really make one think.
Juha is the Arabic version, and
Hoja is the Turkish version. The stories sometimes show up in Western culture, without attribution.
