De St. Laurent groeit op de Gaisberg waar de druiven van de mineraalrijke lssbodem en het bijzondere, gevarieerde microklimaat profiteren en tot onder andere deze zwoele, zachte, soepele rode wijn leidt. De druiven worden op roestvrijstaal vergist. Na de malolactische omzetting rijpt hij in grote vaten van eiken- of acaciahout.De fruitige tonen worden door die subtiele houtrijping aangevuld met wat karamel en een vleug verse tabak. De combinatie van vol, niet zwaar, zwoel, frisfruitig en pittig maakt deze wijn boeiend en een goede begeleider van fijn wild.Boeiende wijn boordevol zwoele aroma's van gedroogde zwarte pruim en karamel en de pittige toon van een vleugje verse tabak. In de mond komt hij romig en rond over, maar heeft hij tegelijkertijd ook beet. Een wijn voor bij fijne wildgerechten en kaas.Vol en soepel met de zwoele aroma's van gestoofde pruim en karamel aangevuld met pittige tonen. De afdronk is lang en zacht.carpaccio fijne gerechten met rood vlees, als rosbief met roerbakgroenten varkenshaas lichte, fijne wildgerechten als reebiefstuk belegen kaasDe St. Laurent groeit op de Gaisberg. Deze horizontaal gelegen helling ligt op de meest zuidoostelijke uitloper van de Manhartsberg. Het terroir varieert aanzienlijk op deze 'Lage'. Toughest ball we have found yet. Our doberman loves Chuckit! Balls especially the crunch one. He spreads all the balls and toys we have bought but these lasted the longest. The crunch and the glow in the dark are usually his pick but he has several different choices.
