Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Vitamin B6 helps with fatigue and contributes to normal mental function. Vitamins B1 and B6 support normal psychological function. GABA, a naturally occurring substance, has been added as part of this formula. Valerian root is traditionally used in evening routines and is suitable for a peaceful end-of-day sleep.
