Extreme glans in korte tijd

De Dino Kraftpaket excentrische polijstmachine met extra gedwongen rotatie combineert de voordelen van rotatie- en excentrische polijstmachines.

De constante toerentalelektronica garandeert een constant toerental. Bij verschillende belasting op de polijstschijf wordt het toerental constant gehouden.

De verwisselbare polijstschijf met een diameter van 125 mm is geschikt voor polijstpads tot maximaal 150 mm diameter.

Nauwkeurige toerentalinstellingen zijn via de digitale bedieningseenheid mogelijk.

Een polijstmachine – twee technieken

Excentrische met gedwongen rotatie

De excentrische polijstmachine met extra gedwongen rotatie combineert de voordelen van rotatie- en excentrische polijstmachines.

De gedwongen rotatie is een aandrijfwijze die de steunschijf naast de orbitale (excentrieke) beweging naast de rotatieve beweging dwingt

Deze techniek maakt een tot 2,5 keer hoger verwijderingsvermogen mogelijk dan pure excentrische polijstmachines (zonder gedwongen rotatie).

Daardoor is ook het verwijderen van sterke krassen mogelijk. Dankzij de extra orbitale bewegingen van de steunplaat maakt deze aandrijving een hologramvrij polijstresultaat mogelijk.

Glans of Gar Niet

De extra lange, zachte en oliebestendige kabel met 5 m lengte en een continue bedrijfsschakelaar maken aangename polijstwerkzaamheden met maximale bewegingsvrijheid mogelijk.

De verwisselbare steunschijf met een diameter van 125 mm is geschikt voor polijstpads tot maximaal 150 Ø.

In de levering zijn twee bijpassende polijstpads (zacht en medium) inbegrepen.

De Dino Kraftpaket excentrische polijstmachine wordt geleverd met een afsluitbare canvas draagtas, met ruimte voor accessoires en je favoriete polijstmiddel of verzegeling.

De softstartcontrolefunctie voorkomt verlies van onderhoudsmiddelen en zorgt voor een gecontroleerde acceleratie. Een extreem lage warmteontwikkeling en lage belasting van het lakoppervlak zijn de voordelen.
