De Wagner Competition intercooler kit EVO3 is speciaal ontworpen voor de BMW M135i, M235i en M2 met N55-motor en brengt de koelprestaties en het vermogen naar een revolutionair niveau, met name voor veeleisende tuningniveaus. Het kit is compleet inbouwklaar en wordt geleverd met een gemodificeerde dwarsbalk.

De kern meet 510 mm x 345 mm x 180 mm (getrapt) met een totaalvolume van 23,56 liter, wat resulteert in een 165% grotere instroomoppervlakte (1759,5 cm² vs. OEM 663 cm²) en 223% meer laadluchtvolume dan de standaard koeler. Het Competition-hoogvermogennet (Tube Fin) zorgt voor uitstekende koeling bij minimale tegendruk; de in CAD met CFD-stromingsanalyses geoptimaliseerde gegoten aluminium eindkasten maximaliseren de interne luchtstroom. De originele klikverbindingen zijn vervangen en de aansluitingen vergroot tot Ø65 mm aan de inlaat en Ø76 mm aan de uitlaat; de kit bevat tevens een aluminium charge pipe in Ø76 mm. De koeler is getest tot 6 bar en volledig drukstabiel, met slechts 13,8 kg gewicht. Een anti-corrosiecoating met warmtegeleidende eigenschappen garandeert een langdurige koeling. De kit past op de F20/F21 M135i (235-240 KW, 2011-2016), F22 M235i (240 KW, 2014-2016) en F87 M2 (272 KW, 2015-2018), niet op xDrive-modellen. De montage is eenvoudig, maar door de afmetingen zijn kleinere aanpassingen aan de radiateursteun nodig.
