Zij gebruiken de olie al eeuwen om mee te koken en als verzorgingsproduct. Traditioneel is het producent van arganolie een vrouwentaak, en daardoor kan de olie nu ook op grote schaal geproduceerd en vergroot worden daarmee hun zelfstandigheid en sociale status. De productie gaat nog voor een groot deel met de hand, wat zorgt voor werkgelegenheid en dus meer inkomen. Sinds 2011 is de coöperatie waarmee FairSquared samenwerkt Fairtrade gecertificeerd. Fun read

Kids had fun reading this book. My 7 year old thought it was lot of fun. My 11 year old thought the story had few holes where people and events were happening without any explanation. But overall, both had fun reading it. The book is made really well - it's beautifully illustrated and printed well. The behind-the-scene look at the how the characters were drawn was really neat as well.

Great resource, worth every penny. I wish it would have included a chapter or two on numerical modeling, especially an overview of the various CFD codes out there, but it is OK that it did not.
