Gebruik
Het Hydrate & Perform poeder is een isotone mix van isotone dranken voor de lichaamsbeweging, die helpt om elkaar te ontmoeten tijdens het opwarmen (150 ml om de 15 minuten) en op regelmatige tijdstippen tijdens en na het sporten (tot 2 uur na het sporten) (150 ml om de 15 minuten). There are better floating shelves

Doesn’t feel very sturdy like other floating shelves I’ve bought, and they slant a little. The anchors and screws that it came with all broke so we had to get our own for it to feel more secure on the wall, but still feels wobbly. Overall, it looks good on the wall after the fact, but won’t be adding too much weight on it.
