Riem: stil en onderhoudsarm

Een grote plus van de Orange C8+ is de riemaandrijving van Gates. Een riem heeft namelijk meerdere voordelen ten opzichte van de klassieke kettingaandrijving. Om te beginnen is een riemaandrijving muisstil en fiets je heerlijk geruisloos. Verder vergt een riem weinig onderhoud. Je hoeft hem, in tegenstelling tot een ketting, niet te smeren en hij gaat 3 tot 5 keer langer mee dan een ketting.

Snel en veilig tot stilstand

Fiets je van een heuvel of juist door het drukke stadsverkeer? Dan wil je zonder nadenken veilig kunnen remmen. Hydraulische schijfremmen bieden de remkracht en het doseringsvermogen om op elk moment gecontroleerd te kunnen afremmen. Ook bij regen.

Luxe afwerking, meer comfort

Details maken vaak het verschil. Dat geldt ook voor de Orange C8+. Deze e-bike heeft lederen handvatten. Die liggen enerzijds heerlijk in de hand en geven de e-bike anderzijds een luxe tintje. Ook het gelzadel komt de uitstraling en het comfortniveau ten goede. Dit zadel dempt oneffenheden, wat zeker welkom is als je langer op pad bent.

Gemak: snel op en van de fiets

Met de Orange C8+ kies je voor een stabiel en stijf frame. Het frame is er in een uitvoering met bovenbuis en ook zonder. De doorstap van laatstgenoemde is laag en breed, wat het op- en afstappen vereenvoudigt. Toer je rond, dan zit je lekker comfortabel en heb je goed overzicht over je omgeving en het verkeer om je heen. Dat maakt deze typische Gazelle-fiets ook nog eens ontzettend veilig. Let ook op het fraai afgewerkte aluminium frame; zo zijn er weinig tot geen zichtbare lasnaden.
