Wanneer de Multi Dag Mama in combinatie met de Multi Nacht Mama wordt gebruikt wordt ook rekening gehouden met het bioritme. Dit is de meest efficiënte en innovatieve toepassing van een Multi.
De Dagformule bevat o.a. Quatrefolic®, 400 mcg, een superieure vorm van foliumzuur. Deze lichaamseigen en actieve vorm van foliumzuur (5-methyltetrahydrofolaat) is gebonden aan (plantaardig) glucosaminezout. Dit is de absolute top en de meest stabiele vorm van 5-MTHF, de actieve vorm van foliumzuur, met de hoogst mogelijke biologische beschikbaarheid. De Multi Dag Mama bevat ook extra choline, een must have, wanneer je zwanger bent. Choline is in alle weefsels aanwezig als essentieel onderdeel van fosfolipiden. Choline is belangrijk voor een goede ontwikkeling van de foetus. De Multi Dag Mama bevat tevens actieve vormen van de verschillende B-vitamines. De B12 bevat zelfs 2 soorten van de actieve vorm zowel methylcobalamine als adenosylcobalamine. Voor de verhoogde behoefte aan ijzer is door ons gekozen op de goed opneembare en maagvriendelijke ijzerbisglycinate met een dosering van 15 mg en in de Multi Nacht Mama nog eens 13 mg. Extra biotine is op advies van de EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) toegevoegd.
Extra magnesium zit zowel in de Multi Dag Mama als in de Multi Nacht Mama en wel in de mooie verbindingen bisglycinaat en citraat. De andere extra mineralen die goed zijn voor zwangeren zijn te vinden in de Multi Nacht Mama. Bij de samenstelling van de Multi Dag Mama is naast de extra behoefte voor zwangeren en vrouwen die borstvoeding geven ook rekening gehouden met het bioritme. De vitaminen, mineralen en andere stoffen die het lichaam overdag vraagt zijn wezenlijk anders dan de behoeften aan nutriënten voor de nacht.
Multi Dag is een samenstelling, met daarin wateroplosbare vitamines en aangevuld met een aantal mineralen die belangrijk zijn om overdag ingenomen te worden. De verbindingen zijn goed opneembare vormen voor het lichaam waardoor de biologische beschikbaarheid wordt bevorderd. De samenstelling van de Multi Dag Mama is dus afgestemd op het bioritme en op de synergie van de verschillende vitamines en mineralen.

This Marsail executive office chair is excellent, and it brings together comfort, support and a clean professional look in a very practical way. The PU leather has a smooth, polished presence that suits a desk chair well without looking overly bulky. I appreciate that the design includes flip-up armrests, a height-adjustable seat, swivel movement and rolling mobility in one complete chair. The cushioning gives the chair a substantial seated feel, while the back design adds support without making the chair look heavy. It is an office chair that feels thoughtfully built for daily desk work, focused tasks and general seated comfort.
The chair arrived securely protected and in very good condition, with the main parts kept in place well through transit. The PU leather surfaces looked clean, smooth and free from distracting marks when unpacked. The base, wheels, armrests, backrest and hardware all appeared properly finished and ready for assembly. Nothing about the chair parts looked loose, flimsy or poorly handled when it arrived. The included components were organized.
