Zo verteld hij dat deze rode De Toren Z is geïnspireerd op een Saint Emilion wijn omdat hij voor meer dan de helft bestaat uit Merlot druiven. Daarbij wordt een deel Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon en Malbec gebruikt. En niet te vergeten een heel klein beetje Petit Verdot die alles erg goed in balans brengt.De oude wijngaard van De Toren Edition Z
In het perfecte klimaat in Stellenbosch groeien de druiven op voor deze rode wijn. Veel zonneschijn geeft de druiven warmte en de juiste kracht. Om alles rustig te laten verkopen is daar gelukkig de wind vanaf de oceaan, die de druiven verkoeling geeft in de nacht en tijdens de warme zomers. De ranken hebben diepe wortels in de klei achtige grond, waardoor ze gemakkelijk vocht kunnen opnemen uit de bodem. De gehele wijngaard op de Polkadraai-heuvels met uitzicht op Stellenbosch is slechts 22 hectare groot, en dat vertaald zich in de prachtige kwaliteit van de De Toren Z.Vol en zeer krachtig deze De Toren Edition Z
Als de trossen geheel met de hand zijn binnen gehaald, worden ze nogmaals gecontroleerd op oneffenheden. Alleen de beste trossen worden gebruikt in deze rode wijn maar dat proeven wij ook wel hoor. Na het blenden van de juiste verhoudingen ondergaat deze rode Z een houtlagering van wel twaalf maanden in de kelders van de Toren. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van zowel Franse als Amerikaanse eiken houten vaten. Dit om meer diversiteit in de wijn te verkrijgen en ronder sap in het glas te krijgen, nou allemaal meer dan gelukt hoor. In de geur hinten van rozenbottel, pruimen en zwarte bramen. De smaak is ontzettend vol en complex met tonen van kaneel, rood fruit en pruimen. These are great quality. The fit seems true to size. Thick enough to keep you warm but not to thick. Zipper seems to be good quality metal zipper, fabric is soft and washed well. I purchased this to use it for tie dye.

Good Value with a Couple of Nitpicks

I purchased this hoodie as a lighter weight alternative to the ones I already own, and it works well for that purpose. The hoodie is comfortable and of a general quality commiserate with the price point.
The Nitpicks: The pockets are on the small side. Unless you’ve got huge mitts, your hands will fit. However, if you wish to carry items in your pockets, they may not be secure, particularly during vigorous activities. The hood is a little smaller than typical. I frequently walk while wearing old school headphones and have a slightly larger than average head and consequently the hood can be a bit tight. Not unusable but raising and lowering the hood in this scenario is usually a two-handed operation for me. Maybe not a problem for most, depending on use case and cranial size.

Fantastic value. A lightweight full-zip hooded sweat shirt that fits true to size. I have other hoodies that are much heavier and warmer but I specifically wanted a thin light one I can use for layering. This is it. Don't expect thick heavy material ( including draw strings ). Everything about this hoodie is light. Especially the price! But it's soft, comfortable and warm enough for what it's designed for. Very happy with this.

EXCELLENT SWEATSHIRT & FANTASTIC PRICE👍

UPDATE: THE INTERIOR FUZZ JUST WONT STOP WASHING ONTO OTHER ITEMS. I WASH GREY & BLACK SEPARATE, BUT THE 2 ARE JUST AS BAD AS THE RED.
I STILL SAY THEY ARE WELL MADE, JUST CANT STAND THE CONSTANT FUZZ COMING OFF ONTO MY T-SHIRT.
I purchased 3, red, black & charcoal gray. I like them all but I always prewash new clothes. They are well made and fit perfectly. Hanes has always made great products.
I suggest washing the red sweatshirt a few times to rid it if the excess fuzz which is normal. I had to rewash all 3 separately as the red fuzz stuck to the other two. Excellent 👌 price, wash and tumble dry beautifully for me. Highly recommend. 😊

Happy with my purchase!
Size: Medium, Color: Spanish Moss
This is sold in men’s sizes, but it worked out great because it is nice and long to cover the bum area. The medium fit perfectly and I am 5‘6“ tall and about 140 pounds. I have not washed it yet so I cannot say anything regarding the quality but so far I’m very happy with the purchase.
I ordered the Spanish moss color and it is a beautiful color for spring. The jacket itself is not heavy, which is great because it is perfect for when you just want something a little bit lighter and not bulky.
