Make sure you buy the boots in the right size and put them on properly. If they are too small or if you fasten them too tight, there will be too much pressure on the tendon. This product works great!! it almost feels like an exfoliator. It reduced the pours on my nose, which were very big and now you can barely see them. I would recommend this product if you have large pores also make skin look firmer and smoother more for a night cream though.
