Beschrijving
De NMEA3WIFI van Vela-Navega is een in de EU geproduceerde multiplexer, die de bi-directionele wifi-communicatie mogelijk maakt tussen uw smartphone, tablet of laptop en uw bootinstrumenten.
In een test van WiFi-gateways van Practical Boat Owner (02/2026) blijkt dat de NMEA3WIFI als enige bi-directionele integratie biedt met SeaTalk1 netwerk. Handig voor communicatie met de bediening van uw Autohelm/Raymarine stuurautomaat.
Het systeem heeft drie ingangspoorten.
- Input Poort 1 (NMEA0183 / USB) kan worden gebruikt om NMEA0183 instrumentgegevens te ontvangen met een baudrate van 4.800 tot 38.400 (bijvoorbeeld AIS) Als alternatief kan Input Poort 1 worden geconfigureerd voor de ontvangst van gegeven via USB.
- Input Poort 2 (NMEA0183) wordt gebruikt om NMEA0183 instrumentgegevens te ontvangen met een snelheid van 4.800 tot 38.400 baud.
- SeaTalk1 Poort is een bi-directionele poort die wordt gebruikt om SeaTalk1 instrumentgegevens te ontvangen en te verzenden.
- WiFi 1+2 - via een aangesloten apparaat (smartphone, tablet of PC) kunnen gegevens worden doorgestuurd via UDP en/of TCP.
De vijf gegevensstromen kunnen worden gecombineerd en naar de aangesloten ontvangers worden verzonden.
Daarnaast heeft de Multiplexer #3 vier Output Poorten:
- NMEA0183-uitgangspoort met een instelbare baudrate van 4.800 tot 115.200. De uitgangspoort kan gegevens verzenden die zijn ontvangen door (een combinatie van) de ingangspoorten.
- USB - Een extra uitgangspoort op het moederbord. Deze kan oor worden gebruikt voor de ontvangst van USB gegevens indien input poort P1 is geconfigureerd voor USB.
- SeaTalk - NMEA0183 gegevens worden indien mogelijk geconverteerd naar SeaTalk1.
- WiFi - Gegevens van de input poorten kan worden doorgegeven aan de via WiFi (UDP en/of TCP) aangesloten apparaten.

Great Quality

Outstanding quality a very reasonable price. I was able to check the headunit RCA was showing almost 5 volts which was rated on the output of the headunit. I’m not an expert however i am assuming you don’t have to add so much gain. I’m very pleased and i will save this seller.

Pretty good cables for what they are

I purchased these Skar Audio cables here on Amazon because they were an outstanding price. They shipped very quickly. When I open the package mind you they do work pretty good but when I open the package I've noticed that the gold plated connecting points that are supposed to connect to your amplifier and your receiver are a little flimsy and don't fit as tight as they're supposed to so I was concerned that bumps on the road whatever would cause them to loosen up so I had to squeeze them together a little bit so I can make them fit tighter on the amplifier but so far so good and I've had no problems with them. I've had no weird humming no weird crackling or any kind of connection issues whatsoever since I've done this. Just something to take note. Other than that, for the price these are pretty good cables and if you want to spend a little more here on Amazon you can get better cables. I know Skar Audio makes pretty good speakers for what they're worth and they definitely make pretty decent amps. I'm just not quite sure about there quality on cables and such. Just my honest opinion. I know people that love everything that they make so it's all subjective and a matter of opinion. Would I recommend them? For the price definitely.

Another Quality Product from Skar Audio

High Quality RCA. I needed a 1 Male to 2 Female RCA Y adapter, and me not reading correctly ordered this. However - I managed to make this work at my AMP instead of the head unit.
