Gebruik: 
1 tablet per dag bij een maaltijd tenzij anders wordt geadviseerd.
 
Waarschuwingen voor gebruik:
In enkele gevallen kan zink wanneer het wordt ingenomen op een lege maag lichte maagklachten zoals misselijkheid veroorzaken. Langdurige inname van 25 mg zink of meer kan leiden tot anaemie.
Bewaren op een koele droge plaats beschermd tegen het licht.
