- Tandontwerp. Variabele 4/6 tanden per inch tandontwerp met een positieve 10° tandhoek biedt de volgende voordelen: - Snellere en agressievere snede. - Verbeterde hitteverspreiding tijdens snijden verzekert dat de tanden langer scherp blijven. - Diepere, gebogen tandholtes bieden een meer efficiënte materiaalverwijdering, dit voorkomt verstopping en hitteopbouw. - Speciaal gevormde tandhoek heeft minder neiging tot vastlopen in dunnere materialen. - Tanden zijn beurtelings zijdelings gezet om verstopping en wrijving te minimaliseren. - Lage voedingsdruk – dit wordt bereikt door de combinatie van agressieve tandgeometrie en goede materiaalverwijdering, waardoor minder druk nodig is bij het boren.
- Tandmateriaal - Matrix II premium sneldraaistaal is gebruikt voor de tanden van de gatzaag. Matrix II staal bevat 8% kobalt waardoor de tanden de originele hardheid behouden. Vervolgens zijn de tanden vacuümgehard volgens 65 HRC bij een temperatuur van 600°C om ze een maximale duurzaamheid en levensduur te geven. - Dankzij de hoge slijtagebestendigheid van het Matrix II staal zijn de gatzagen ideaal voor het snijden van lastige en harde materialen zoals roestvrijstaal, maar ook voor zachtere materialen zoals hout.
- Body gatzaag - De 1,27 mm dikke stalen body van de gatzaag is stijf genoeg om z`n vorm te behouden, maar heeft uiteraard ook voldoende ingebouwde elasticiteit.
- Bodemplaat gatzaag - De bodemplaat van de gatzaag is gemaakt van dik staal. Dit zorgt voor vormvastheid ook na intensief gebruik. - Perfect geproduceerde ronde bodemplaten, belangrijk bij gatzagen met een grote diameter.
- Diagonale sleuven helpen het verwijderen van het geboorde materiaal.
- Toepassingen - Fabricagetechnieken uitgevoerd volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verzekeren een hoge rondloopnauwkeurigheid. Derhalve zijn deze gatzagen geschikt voor zowel hand- als kolomboren (alleen manuele voeding).

Ouch!! Update: Mold inside?
Update: I reduced my three star review to one star due to finding black specs all over lid inside my second jar with some black specks on the top pads. Mold? Mildew? I don't know have mold in my cabinets and I keep this in my top vanity drawer which is on its own wall nowhere near the tub or shower. I was so disgusted I threw out the whole jar plus my third one. I hate to write a bad review on a product that is such a good value and so needed in this market. Maybe it's just a one-off but either way I will not be repurchasing due to the soapy, stinging pads - mold or no mold. My conscience is telling me to warn people.

They sting like there is micellar water in them? Plus soap. They are very sudsy and make you feel like you have to rinse your eyes before they dry out, which defeats the purpose. They do work well to get mascara off but so does soap. Sadly will not replace the old Almay oil-free remover pads which I have used for years. Have not found a good replacement for my dry, sensitive eyes. I will have to use them on other parts of my face but not my eyes.

My last batch has changed - be aware!
I have used these pads for several years now. They are generally very good and do the trick. I don't even look at other products because they are so good.
However, in this last order, they no longer have a smooth side and a bumpy side. They always had the different texture which helped in using them. I agree they are a little small which I have gotten used to, but now with both sides being smooth, they are much harder to use to wipe. Plus you don't have the advantage of the texture. This is a dowgrade for sure.

Oil and fragrance free for sensitive skin
Oil free which is good for contact lens wearers. Relatively thick textured material so I can use just one pad for both eyes. Ok for sensitive skin with no fragrance. I've used these for years and the quality has remained consistent despite the reasonable price.

A 5-star product is now barely 2-stars. Shame!
I have used these makeup remover pads for years as I wear contacts and have sensitive skin around my eyes. However, the last 3-pack I ordered (Feb 2026), the pad is noticeably sub-par. They are much thinner, there is no quilted texture on one side, and they roll up immediately when you start to rub your eyes with them. In addition, I have to use 4-5 pads to get everything off vs. previously I could easily just use one on each eye. Obviously I will go through them much faster and every time I use them, I get frustrated by how bad the quality is now. Another product victim to shrinkflation and using cheaper materials, but charging the same amount or more than before.
Do they do the job removing the makeup - yes.
Do they do so without burning my eyes or leaving an oily residue - yes.
But knowing how great they used to be, I can only give the current product 2 stars.

Excellent product!
I have used this product for years but since retired much less. However when I actually needed it again I couldn't find it anywhere and when I did buying just one was pretty expensive. So I decided to wait until the price dropped...but it never happened. I never even thought of trying Amazon but I did and got an amazing deal of a 3 pack at a very reasonable price. The oil is rich, soothing and so emollient and cleans my brows and eye lashes perfectly! I keep one in my fridge which is especially soothing during warm summer days and helps to reduce under eye puffiness. Accolades to Amazon...you never let me down!
